A: Our payment term is 30% deposit for order confirmation and 70% due before shipping. We accept wire transfer (TT), L/C

A: You are welcome to buy as many units as you would like. We accept MOQ of 1 unit.
5. Q: What is the production lead time?
A: Lead time is dependent upon time of year and order quantity. It is generally between 2-4 weeks lead time for production.

6. Q: How long does it take to ship to me? Do you provide shipping services?
A: Shipping lead time is dependent upon destination and type of shipment. Air freight is generally within 1 week and ocean freight
can take up to 30-45 days on water. We provide shipping services at competitive price from Shanghai China to most major cities
(air freight) and major seaports (ocean freight). Most clients choose to handle custom clearance and domestic shipping by
themselves for efficiency and cost effectiveness. Door to door delivery service is also available in select countries for your

7. Q: What is the warranty policy and how do I claim it?
A: All Spaceman equipment comes with one-year warranty on non-consumable parts and 5-year warranty on compressor, cylinder and
hopper assemblies. Labor and extended parts warranty is offered by Spaceman distributors in certain regions. You will need to fill
out and file the warranty claim form with the office you made your equipment purchase. Additional terms may apply and vary in
different regions.
8. Q: Where do I get parts and how much do they cost?
A: Standard parts are generally available at the Spaceman office where you purchased your equipment. Tune-up kits, consumable
parts and commonly required parts are available at Spaceman online parts stores. All other parts are available to order from
Spaceman factory directly. Spaceman offer very competitive pricing on parts to lower your cost of ownership.
9. Q: Who do I contact for services on my machines in the field?
A: Spaceman exclusive distributors offer labor, warranty and parts services in defined territories. Authorized service agents are
available in select regions/countries where there is no exclusive distributor coverage. Technical service and support through
email and telephone is always provided by Spaceman factory as back up. Contact your location distributor or your account manager
for available services around you.

A: Spaceman offers various levels of custom design and manufacturing services at highly competitive pricing and lead time. Contact
